Delivery arrived late and food was not hot. Chips were soggy and cold.

Food arrived well within the delivery window. The driver was courteous and polite. The food was in the 'Goldilocks' range - neither too hot nor cold; just the right eating temperature. Quality was good. The coating on the chicken was neither too spicy nor too bland and the skin came off easily for the pieces the cats got. The 'popcorn' chicken was a very generous portion. We shall certainly order from here again.

As a returning customer, their food has always been excellent. However, since they have raised minimum order from £10 to £15, it has become:

1. rather expensive for fast food; and
2. we ordering way too much food / drinks just to get to £15.

Please bring back the £10 minimum ordering. Alternatively, you may want to do what your competitor is doing and provide a more flexible pricing structure such as:

1. for ordering amount greater than £15, free delivery;
2. for ordering amount less than $15, charge X amount for each delivery.

This way will ensure your delivery cost is covered and also provide customer the flexibility in ordering - a win / win situation for both.

Very tasty BBQ wings. Chicken not too greasy. Chips weren't so good though.

 

The fried chicken was really fresh, juciy and full of flavor.

Food arrived at the very end of the delivery estimate but the restaurant did follow the special requests which was good. The food itself was ok.

Love spice wings, so good! Meal was delivered on time and still hot!

Driver is very friendly and service is fast. Food is good but a little bite cold.

the order was delivered for a second time, because my phone wasn't working and the driver went to the wrong side of the building,so it was ringing the buzzer, though of course it wasn't working as my flat wasn't there. Beyond this mishap, they said they would re-prepare the order and it would take about 30 minutes. The food arrived 2 (yes TWO) hours later, everything was cold and disgusting and I found out they had another delivery in my building (as the driver asked me if I knew where the other flat was). I assumed they wanted to wait till both orders were ready to make just one trip, which is understandable, but still, my food was cold and dry :( long story short, I will never order from them again, and I definitely do not recommend them; I wish I could have my money back, yeah dream on... :(
