I've been a loyal customer for years and this was probably the worst I've ever had. The food turned up 1hr 35m after ordering. The order said ASAP by 16:40 the latest, it arrived at 17:05, cold and the pizza looked awful. I was told by the London Rd Branch that 'the driver has been in traffic, sorry' when chasing them up, but when the driver arrived I asked how long he'd taken he said '15 mins, I left at 16:50'. So all in all I was extremely unhappy, had poor food, it cost me 14 quid and it was a massive disappointment.
On the PLUS side, they apologised to me, explained why I had a bad experience and offered me a credit of £14 which I'm hoping to use one day to restore faith in them. Faisal, RG4

I've had food from here several times now.
The chicken and pizza are always good. Delivery times are nearer the end time on the asap note. Generally a good overall service with friendly staff! Happy customer in Southcote, Reading. Edward, RG30
