Very nice people, food was delivered hot and on time. Can't really fault anything about the food or service because it was a nice meal, the service was great and the cost was okay too

My order took 90 minutes and 2 phone calls to be delivered, Subsequently the food was only luke warm when we got it. I will never order online again, it would be much quicker and you would receive much hotter and better quality food if you took the time to order at the chilli pot and wait until i is ready. I would definately not recommend ordering online from the chilli pot!

i was charged wrong, my order was £15.59 on the site but when my order was delivered they charged me £15.90.
also the food was greasy, bland and the man that delivered it was very unhelpful when told that he was charging me a different price to what the website said, he got quite arrogant. Joanne, DE7

We didn't receive the full order and had to wait for the extra items to arrive.
The lack of chicken in the curry wasn't fair for the price we paid. Other than that the food was delicious. Hollie, NG16
