The food was actually really nice but the level of service was very very poor!!!! Me and my boyfriend ordered food around half 7 and the times we got for the food to be delivered was between 7.50 and 8.40. After waiting around an hour we got a bit annoyed that the food hadn't arrived but I insisted we waited until 8.40 because the food could still arrive. It got to 8.45 so we decided after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes to ring them. After my boyfriend was on the phone they assured us that the food would be at ours within 15 minutes, but they seemed to have forgotten the order completely! 15 minutes came and went so I rung them they told me that they were bringing the food then and there but the guy didn't seem bothered one bit that we had already waited 1hr 30 minutes. The food finally arrived at twenty past 9 - nearly two hours since we ordered! We will definately not be going there again due to the sheer fact they didn't seem bothered at the fact they'd made us wait so long and clearly it was their fault. If they take orders on a website they should be prepared to remember they get orders through and not forget them.

The food arrived 2 hours after we ordered it, Which was 30 minutes over later than the time we were told it would be there. I tried calling and it was really hard to get through to them, and when i asked how long it would be, I was told 10 minutes which ended up being 30.
The garlic Naan was a plain naan, and the 1.5l Tango Orange we ordered ended up being a Coke. Lynton, M50

ordered a chicken kebab which took an hour to deliver and upon arrival found it was lamb!! i contacted the restaurant and the guy told me it wasnt his fault but hungry house and said what do you want me to do about it!! i was shocked at the customer service and it was only when i spoke to manager i managed to get a new kebab sent which was apparently "free on the house" ..well not really when i paid for something wrong!! disgusting.
