Value for money and quality of food was great one of the best i have had

The food arrived quick, was hot and very tasty. Good quality for a takeaway. We really liked the house rice.

I am so angry that i wasted money ordering from these people. First the food was late. I had to call them to find out where my order was. Then they left the sweet and sour sauce off my order. When i called them and tried to make them aware of their mistake the receptionist was argumentative and rude. Until i told her that I'd received email confirmation from Hungry House. She then went to check on her computer system and said it was her mistake and that she'd have one sent out to me which she did, but she needn't have bothered because it was awful. Worst tasting sweet and sour sauce I've ever tasted, It was very, very sweet. The beef curry was swimming with onions the beef was very chewy and the curry sauce tasted awful, ugh. Their seasoning doesn't have the usual Chinese taste. Their food overall has a very strange. The chips were over cooked. I ordered 3 large spring rolls. They sent 7 mini spring rolls. I ordered Tango, they delivered Fanta. And the noodles tasted like charcoal.


The food had to go in the bin. None of the food i ordered was edible to eat. £11 wasted on a meal that i wasn't able to eat. Not being able to eat 1 or 2 things from an order is bad enough, but the whole entire order. I'm fuming. Poor customer service, poor food and late delivery.

Used these guys as they were new to the site, and have had a few disappointing meals from others in the area. Took lightly longer than hoped for delivery, but worth the wait, all dishes ordered very tasty.
