This was our second takeaway from Chowdhury's. Really enjoyed out meal and everything arrived hot and on time. Would use again.

Good flavours and very nice quality. Prawns were large and succulent. Free poppadoms and a free side dish were a most welcome surprise, Quick delivery as well. Will definitely use again.

What can I say? Blooming fantastic! Delivery was extremely quick. Food was piping hot, utterly delicious and good size portions. Very good value for money. Chowdhury's Curry House are a credit to Hungry House and I recommend them highly.

Really lovely curry. Had the lamb xacuti - loads of tender lamb, thick sauce and nice heat level. Delivery was really quick (about 25 mins) as was a Thursday and only down the road. Included a free poppadom and mint salad which was appreciated. I actually stopped using chowdhury's a couple of years back as they either changed their chef or decided to do their dhansak completely differently. It changed massively and was quite horrible. Now I think I'm a regular customer again! (if anyone has the dhansak let me know what it's like!)

Food was a bit too oily but it was delicious nonetheless and the service was very good. Will definitely use again.

well i was shocked it was a very pro meal, plenty of it very tasty and i and my girl freind was totaly impressed, i will definately be using this resturant again and will recomend them tto my freinds, except for a bit of spilage in the bag, i was very happy indeed , well done guys , , and thankyou for youe service, elain and nelson

Although the food was reasonably priced and the food arrived on time - the actual meal was vile. I ordered a lamb tikka madras; The lamb was not tikka and it was as tough as old boots! and very gristly and inedible- To the point where i had to chuck the meat in the bin and pour the sauce over everything else. The Saag Paneer came with just 4 pieces of paneer in and it was pretty watery and tasteless. The cauliflower bhagi was also very tasteless – although I must say the portion size was very generous. Lastly I ordered a chicken tikka starter which was the only redeeming part of the meal. I will definitely not be ordering from here again!
