Really delicious - the vegetarian options are highly recommended. They have the best poppadoms I've ever tasted.

Almost but no cigar. Having ordered a butter chicken and pilau rice, I was upset at finding raisins, and 'bits' of other stuff (maybe shallots ?) in the rice. Not everyone likes raisins and or sultanas, so why put them in ? I had to pick them out one by one, which was very annoying. The food arrived warmish. The service was good. The poppadums were the freshest I tasted, but again a shame as I asked for some chopped onions to go with the chutney and they didnt arrive. I wont be ordering again. Dont be fooled by other good reviews. Shame, because it could be good.

Response from restaurant: We would like to apologize for the experience you had this night, but to be fair, Pilau rice is traditionally served with raisins in most parts of Asia. And although we try our best to honor special requests, the request for extra onions could not be accommodated. Please keep in mind this was a special request for an extra item, not a menu item, so its really up to our discretion to honor these requests and we don't feel this was a lapse in service.

The food was excellent, a welcome change from usual indian dishes, portions were generous and everything was packed with flavours without being too hot. Will definitely order from Cochin again.

Thought the food from here was decidedly above average. Arrived within the time, hot and well packaged. The food actually had distinct flavour and wasn't greasy at all. Good mixture of choices and I would definitely order from them again. Plus we got 15% off because it was our first order.

Nice delivery man but I was disappointed as the food was very dry and the fishcakes didn't come with the coriander dipping sauce as stated in the menu. Had I known the kochi lamb varattiyathu was going to be almost a tikka, I would have ordered something else. Better descriptions would help.
