Have been a customer at cooky's for over 20 years lovely food and lovely family.

I thought my curry which was the house special was amazing! But my girlfriends korma ok but not like a korma I don't no if kormas are made different here but didn't look yellow and creamy was more orange

Nice food, fast delivery.

Cooky's always provide excellent food, my favourites being the rich Balti dishes, as well as the lamb tikka starter which comes with a lovely salad in a mint yoghurt sauce. Delivery is always fast and courteous. Order with confidence and enjoy!

As helpful feedback, I would say that the Madras could be improved on a little, but everything else I've tried is very nice indeed. Thanks guys.

I have tried curries from other places on here and this is the best hands down. 10/10 for everything.

Am so pleased to have finally found such a great place that delivers curries in Leeds. I tend to be very fussy over my curries, but the chicken tikka rojan josh I've just had was amazing. Not too greasy, a well balanced blend of spices, and the caramelised taste of the onions just added to it all. My husband really enjoyed his chicken tikka bhuna, but after trying the rojan josh admitted I had the best dish of the two. The chips weren't too greasy either, which is a mistake many delivery places usually make.

The only criticisms I have, and they are only incredibly minor, are: the potato I requested be added to my curry seemed to be tinned potato, but I just know not to add that next time round, the chapatis were cold on arrival, and the food was 5 minutes late. For food coming from Kirkstall Road to Bramley on a Friday night though, the last two things are hardly surprising and did not bother me in the slightest. In fact, they even found my house without needing to telephone, which I genuinely think is a first (even though I always explain where we are in additional information.)

All in all, a great curry, very reasonably priced (especially considering the quality), all the extras were tasty too - I'll definitely be ordering from here many, many more times.

It was okay.. nothing special. It's quite a new take away to HungryHouse, but still expected better from the other reviews. Most things were cooked okay, flavours quite bland. They phoned to ask what drink I'd like instead of the Rubicon Lychee, as they no longer sell that one, and were very pleasant on the phone. Worst part for me was the Lamb tikka starter, having been so overcooked to the point I couldn't even work out if it was chargrilled Lamb or even actually tasteless Chicken.. not good. Overall, I'll try a different place next time.

As always Cookys provided an excellent food and service. Haven't found anywhere that can beat them on taste or delivery times.

Naan, chapatti and pathra bread huggeeee and a good portion of the curry for a good price.
Had enough left to take to work for lunch the next day too.

The pakoras could have won awards, they were just amazing last night, thanks Cookys :).
