We have only just recently started using The Curry King in Francis Road but have now recommended it to friends. The service we get from here is very good the food is always hot and fresh and delivery time is has always been good. We have not had a bad curry from here since we started using them and although everyone has their own taste buds regarding curries we find these suit our palates very well. My husband favours the Lamb Bibryani and orders a masaal sauce to go with it and I favour the veggie one! Give it a try we dont think you will be dissapointed!

Excellent, indian takeaway that is located just round the corner from my house, food was tasty, delivery was quicker than expected - all that for a good price! We would order again.

the guy didn't want to deliver to my front door as I live in a flat, this has never been a problem for other indian resturants. We didn't really enjoy the food it wasn't that tasteful. sorry wouldn't use this resturant again.

Very nice curry but as so often is the case with Indian food there was too much salt-hence lower marks for both quality and value for money than might otherwise have been the case. However, unlike some curries this one wasn't swimming in oil, was generally of a good standard and was delivered promptly.

The meal was excellent as usual. my first order was on the 18/05/2011. the only problem is, there is too much for one person to eat a set meal for one. portions should be catorgized into small, medium & large especially when you are Disabled like me and do not wish to waste anything.

Maybe i have high expectations, well i am paying a price for it so i guess i should, i don't know, but when i specifically order Chicken Makhni instead of Butter Chicken because it has NO coconut in it (and this is clear on the menu!!), you can imagine my surprise when the i ordered was nothing but Coconut! (eeeew) (and it went in the bin!) also i specified both my dishes were to be made extra spicy, but they were no where near. I understand this food is prepared more so for the "western" palate but i would expect when i specifically ask for something that my request be adhered to.
Naan was naan, you can't get it worng, at least the Roti was a proper tava roti. However, i am willing to give them one more try Asmaa, E11

meal was delicious, especially enjoyed naan with coconut. rogan dish was good. A small thing to mention, that food was served colder that i would normally expect from deliveries like that. In general, it was a worthy meal.
