Again, great service - delivered quickly and the food was tasty - and that little pot of lime pickle just set it off nicely - well done guys, see you next week :-)

They called to confirm the order and asked about personal spice preferences, the meal was delivered very quickly by a very nice man, and the food was one of the best, if not the best tasting Indian myself and my friends have ever had. I will definitely order from them again.

What can I say, after making a comment about the amount of meat last time my comments were listened too. Well done guys and thank you :-) Also, they went out of their way to get me the drink that I wanted. Only one negative is that on the booking it says when you order 1 x Popadom that you get 2 pieces but you actually only get one. Overall though, very good.

An additional bonus this week, some splendid lime pickle :-) Tasty as usual but could do with a bit more meat in the dishes.

for a 9 pounds, i expected a butter chicken meal. rahter, i got about 3 pieces of chicken swimming in a grainy sauce And the onion bhaji were dripping with grease. It was possibly the worst meal i've eaten in birmingham. They were nice though, called me to tell me when the order was on the way and were friendly enough. But the food was awful and not at all worth the price

Food wasn't that great ordered lamb and chicken curry quite basic and hardly any spice although I'd ordered both curries medium hot. Small portions compared to the containers they were packed in so hardly value for money.

Response from restaurant: Dear customer thanks for your review, you say "curry basic hardly any spice" well that's what a "curry" is, so far from not being great "it was actually perfect",you say "small" portions in large containers, we say, we don't use large containers for the sake of "perception" there used by us to fit in all the food we provide for our customers, and last but not least "hardly value for money" please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're Curry In A Hurry! how could that be possible, were a great takeaway and you can ask anyone involved in the Indian food trade in this "city" an they will tell you the same thing so once again thanks for your review.

I paid £18.55 for the smallest meal i have ever seen in my life come out of a takeaway/should of cost about £3. I got 5 very small pieces of meat in the curry. Very little meat in the lamb tikka. The samosa's are not home made & are from a processed 50 pack that costs little money/very small samosa's. I noticed they had given me a can of rubicon instead of my 7up & they never told me.

After some doubts about the prices on the menu I decided to try curry in a hurry... as I had a discount voucher. I can not fault their service, the driver was ever so friendly and kindly let me know he was about 30 seconds away, which came in handy as I was getting impatient waiting! The food is excellent, probably the best Indian takeaway I've had in a while, although a bit expensive buy you kind of get to know why after you've had the food... overall very good service, it was delivered within the timeframe specified and the food delicious. will order again. would appreciate some more discounts tho!

Not the cheapest takeaway but not the dearest either. The service was prompt and polite. The food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The vindaloo, though delicious, wasn't as hot as some. Spice lovers like me might prefer to order the phall or the tindaloo. Have used Curry in a Hurry twice now and will certainly order again.

The choice was excellent, the ordering process easy along with the accurate delivery updates, the food arrived within the time window stated, the delivery man was extremely pleasent, the food almost as hot as when it had been cooked and the food was excellent. I eat a lot of curry and I would highly recommend Curry in a Hurry......yum :-)
