I am really pleased with my meal, I didn't like the chicken pakoras .. They were over cooked and tasteless and soaked in veg oil. However the other starters were Devine, curry was really nice loads of sauce not enough chicken pieces, I would order from here again though.

Ok, so now I look like a stalker of Darjeeling, but hey, thats because it tastes fantastic. I have been stuck in the house unwell all week and dont normally eat so many takeaways but I have enjoyed the food so much, I just couldnt resist the same one everynight.
Well done Darjeeling for a speedy delivery tonight, fab food once again and always a pleasant delivery guy. I will use again and again and again. Heather, SE18

I enjoyed the food so much last night that I couldnt resist the same again tonight. I did mention to them that it was barely warm last night because of the ice cold cans of coke in the coolbox with the food and they took note of that and brought them separate. The food was hot and tasted fantastic. Well worth trying again.
Would highly recommend the butter chicken folks!!! Heather, SE18

I found it very hard to rate Darjeeling as the food was absolutely fantastic once I heated it up. I was just disappointed at first impressions when I found the food barely warm. It had been delivered in a cool box with my cold drinks in beside it which defeated the purpose of trying to keep the food warm. It took just over an hour to arrive but saying that, I would just allow more time next time to order because it was worth the wait, it tasted excellent and I will order again and just hope they might be able to keep it hotter next time.

Admittedly the chips were soggy and I think slightly undercooked, but 5/5 for food because the mixed grill was delicious! I've ordered from this restaurant once before, and they are now my favourite because their food is so fragrant, and you can actually taste spices and herbs in it, which sadly is quite rare with Indian takeaways these days.
