Hmmm, not sure. Wasn't bad but wasn't great. Have to say the delivery time was phenomenal. About 15 minutes, it actually caught me out as I was expecting at least half hour.
The food - I ordered one of the curry meal deals and the mixed grill starter for 2. The mixed starter was good as it was a medium polystyrene box choc full of meat. Lamb tikka, chicken tikka and shish x2. But I suspect the tikka hadn't been anywhere near a proper tandoori oven (could be wrong). Nevertheless the meat was tasty and the yoghurt sauce and mango/chilli sauce was very nice that came with it.
The meal deal was a bit less impressive. Chips (standard), boiled rice, onion bhajis - all were a bit on the small side compared to other places I've ordered from. Rice container was a small one half full and the chips came in a poly box that was smaller than I've seen before. The naan bread was fine and you needed it as there was by no means enough rice to fit with the amount of curry. The curry, well I ordered a chicken masala and a lamb rogan josh. And given those 2 dishes are fairly different, I was disappointed how similar tasting they were and the onions in them were crunchy plus I wasn't exactly overwhelmed by flavour. That said, they were better than I could have knocked up.

Overall not bad but portions on sides were a bit skimpy. Delivery very quick indeed.

my order was fast hot and yummy :) was nothing wrong with it at all i loved every bite 5 out of 5 stars for me will be ordering from here every chance i get :D

Having called Desi Grill as a part of out order was missing the response from them was that I hadn't ordered the missing item in the first place despite the e-mail confirmation clearly showed that I had. The receipt on the bag didn't have the missing item written on it but the total price clearly included it! Desi Grill flately refused to accept they had got it wrong (and they had made up the price on the receipt) and slammed phone down on me - never ordering from them again!

the food was late and flat cold. there was item in the menu that they didn't do as I ordered a chicken bucket but got a chicken burgette instead rang them up said they don't do a bucket, I ask if they can do alternative item and they said no because the delivery driver has gone home and this was an hour before they closed, unhappy with the size of the chicken wings, there was the size of my little finger and won't even full anyone up

food not up to takeaway standard,i would not order again from here.

Food was good but I ordered an item which they didn't have in .They should have called back and tell me since I had already paid for it by card online. I ended up paying extra for another item,

Food never delivered. They said they rang my number several times to let us know that they were outside yet no missed calls despite having the correct number and confirming that this number was correct on the phone when enquiring why it had not arrived. No apology and no food. I will never order from here again. Worst in Leeds

Food was great and will order again, delivery was quick. Only slight gripe is that 60p for what was a tiny portion of sauce is expensive. we got 3 bbq sauce at £1.80 and there must have been 50ml of sauce. a bottle of bbq sauce is less than that in supermarket.

i really enjoyed my last food, I will not hesitate to order again gd job guys

by far the best take away i have ordered in this area. i ordered a chicken tika kabab in narn bread, good quality fresh ingrediants. good salad too, could actualy taste the flavours! highly recomended!! open till 4am also, good service and fast delivery.

Not impressed with second order from here received no dips/sauce ( even though I stipulated this when I ordered) so meal was very dry, no point ringing them to complain as by time they would have got some to me my meal would have been cold

Mixed grill starter was excellent very spicy but tasty. Seekh kebabs were very good- tasted very fresh, good quality meat used. Chilli nan was good- fresh green chilli used in the recipe so expect it to be hot but delicious. GF had Chicken Tikka Masala she enjoyed that so all in all a good takeaway meal.

Exellent Apna pizza and they even accomodated my request for certain toppings to make it my favourite. Delicious! Many thanks :-)

Lovely food. This is a proper grill! Makes a great change that the Chicken Tikka in the mixed grill starter wasn't bright luminous red and the Seekh kebab wasn't deep fried (which is how some indian takeaways think it is acceptable to serve! - yuck). All was really tasty and authentic, piping hot and plentiful. As I am an indian, praise indeed. Delivery time was much shorter than expected. Would highly recommend to anyone. Well done to a new takeway..keep it up! :-)
