Excellent quality food. The taste was spot on! The service was outstanding, very polite, friendly and professional. Amazing value for money, I had received some freebies, which is always welcome! Will definitely order from here again!

Food was ok. A drink came with my meal but the driver did not bring it. He was supposed to come back with my drink but never did. I paid extra for the drink. Will not order from again.

Shocking, Normally my rates would be Excellent. But i was shocked when i ordered food from them! We ordered at 9pm at night through hungry house, We was told our meal would be with us at the latest 10pm. At 10.30pm i rang and asked where my order was. To which he replied there was no order, I said what do you mean i had a confirmation email. He said hold the line, which i did! And then he said sorry we got your order but it had fell behind the freezer so we have not done it, He said but dont worry i will get it to you in the next 15 mins. He will also give me a discount and add some extra food as a apology from them! I thought ok this sounds good. The ood arrived an hour later at 11.30pm to which we was very tired and not hungry. He discounted £1 off the food (£1? After waiting 2 hours or the food) The food was over cooked like it had sat there all day. And he added 4 onion rings that where rock hard!! What a total waste of time. £1 discount on £12? Ment we paid £11. The food was not worth £1.50? \i will not be ordering from you again. Ever!!

This was my first order so I qualified for £4 off using hungryhouse, i've ordered from Dial A Pizza before but suprisingly forgot how good the food and most of all level of service was. The delivery driver was very friendly and the food was great. The little things they do like placing cucumber, tomotoes and peppers perfectly on top of the coleslaw really adds that finishing touch. The brilliant food plus the great hospitality from the delivery driver makes this takeaway on par if not better than dominoes and pizza hut. Would definitely recommend 5/5.

Good, but I would like to have chosen a mix and match of the suggested flavours rather than being restricted to just one. Suggestion-one of each flavour

Although the pizza's arrived well within the times specified, were still very hot and eventually tasted quite good, I had put on my order instructions for no onions or peppers. Despite this, both pizza's arrived with onions and by the time I had been through and took them off the pizza's were cold and I had to reheat in the microwave. I'm sure they would have tasted much better without having to do this and if you put special instructions they should be carried out. I will try this takeaway again, but hope that next time instructions are read.
