It took two and a half hours to deliver the food, they didn't deliver the drink I ordered. Food was only luke warm also. The driver did give a slight discount though when I complained about the above.

Delivery was 20 minutes late (no phone call to warn of this). Food was stone cold. The garlic bread was as hard as rock and almost caused a filling to fall out, therefore inedible. The pizza had obviously been sitting around for ages as it had gone all rubbery. Chicken nuggets were burnt to the point where they looked like charcoal. Called the restaurant to complain but they decided to hang up on me. Total waste of time and money. Hungryhouse needs to get some decent takeaways signed up to the NW11 area.

On time that was the best part i am afraid, the pizza was just not right, not enogh tomato past,bread was not well cooked, did fill me up but i dont think i will order again from this company again at least for the next few months till they improve...

terrible customer service. we ordered a meal deal, but only received two pizzas. the delivery guy said he'd bring the rest in 10 mins, half an hour later we called them. the guy on the phone didn't speak english very well and wasn't very polite. it took another 40 mins for the rest of the food to turn up. they gave us free chicken wings, even though i told them that we wouldn't want them, as we are vegetarians... very annoying. the food was ok, but wouldn't order from them again as it is not worth the hassle.

The food came 20min late, and the dip was wrong. we ordered sour cheese they gave us sweet and sour. But acceptable anyway.
