Somehow tried to deliver to the wrong address which meant the food was WARM when it arrived. Also very greasy and chips were recooked not fresh.

First of all delivery driver thought it was ok to open my door. pizza box was crushed onto the pizza so all the topping was stuck to the box. i ordered a extra large super mixed kebab which was missing the chicken shish. i will not be ordering from this place again

Level of service not excellent because it was actually early, but the chips were good not cold and soggy as most deliveries are and obviously had not been sitting in the polystyrene container for ages

I was a bit dissapointed this time,we ordered a small shish kebab was meant to be lamb,but it had chicken in it.also we had asked for different salad and sauce with each kebab but they came dry without any sauce

the burgers were fine as was the kebab but the the donner wrap were awfal tasted funny also a large portion of chips was missing as was a can of drink

Ordered a chicken bargain bucket of which the chips had been refried - they were very dark brown and very hard and the chicken was very dry and stuck in our throats. Delivery driver also refused to enter block of flats where all others always come in. Diamond has it's ups and downs and the past month or so have definitely been bad times. Will avoid again for a while.

Our delivery took an hour and twenty minutes and we had given up hope of it ever arriving. We had to chase it up with a phone call ourselves. I understand they are busy on a Friday night, but they should make it clear how long it will take, or prioritise take aways during their regular service. The food was lukewarm when it arrived. We won't order from here again.

Very happy with this service and the food was very nice aswell. Came well within the time slot they gave and the delivery driver was polite. The salad was all fresh and the food came hot not warm like other places and the amount you get per meal was good.

The chips and garlic bread was lovely. The jaket potato was undercooked around the edges so still was a bit hard. I ordered tango apple and I recieved tango orange.

The meal arived hot and quickly. The Kebab was one of the finest with stunningly fresh salad. The coleslaw was AMAZING as was the Houmous. The onion rings were cooked to the point of crispiness. The only negative was the chips. They were quite fat and soggy, which was a shame if i'm honest....... but hey it all got eaten! I will definitely use again and will reccomend. I love the variety on offer and combined with this and the wonderful delivery guy....... what more can you expect? The big chains fail to provide this level of service and cooking, so a big thumbs up!...... Payday tomorrow..... I think I may be having kebab!!!!!! :P
