AGAIN not taking the order correctly. I will never order from this place again. This time it was very easy to understand. Two vegetarian pizzas. One margarhita, one with green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and pineapple. There is no meat on either of them. STILL the pizza that was not a margherita shows upp with PEPPERONIS. How on earth does one misread "pineapple"(becuase there was no pineapple) for "pepperoni"? A jewish person, like one of us happens to be, would have bitten into something that contradicts our religion. I assume the pepperoni contains pork too, which makes it even worse. This is an unforgivable mistake, and it makes me incredibly angry that diamond pizza misreads my order not just once, but twice, and could have made a jewish person very sad. This is not cool. I fucking hate pepperoni. I usually only eat vegetarian, so this would have screwed up my stomach. THIS IS NOT COOL. I think hungryhouse should consider not having diamond pizza on their list of restaurants anymore, since they cannot take orders properly. I realize ordering from them a second time even though they nearly poisoned me the last time was stupid, but this was a much simpler order that just didn't contain meat.
But thank you anyway, Diamond Pizza. The cake looks delicious, and i'm sure you made it by hand. It sure looks like it. Not. Klara, E14

This customer when she received this order did not call the shop on the same night, and we the shop, Diamond Pizza, did not know about this situation/problem until Tuesday night. We are not satisfied with this comment/explanation. Why did the customer not call and ask the driver to come back and collect the pizza and then we would have happily refunded the money or sent another pizza.

They ignored the note about no jalapenos. I am allergic to jalapenos, and also it was a vegetarian pizza because i am a vegetarian, so i could not eat the other pizza we ordered instead, because it had meat. Also, the ice cream was not chocolate like we ordered, but cookies and cream. And instead of diet coke, we got regular pepsi. No message about this was delivered, or any type of excuse for that matter. Badly handled.

They have a few good offers, at competitive prices. Defenatly recommend it and will order from them soon.

I think I's going to say is that, IT's MY PERFECT DINE IN - certainly VALUE for MONEY, with this sort of dinner, you can never miss your great movies and cozy environment for a PERFECT NIGHT IN!!! Love it!
