The order wasn't fulfilled as dixy didn't have it on their actual menu. The order was late and when I called no explanation was given. Overall not a good experience.

ordered and paid extra for piri piri chips which did not come just standard chips arrived with no refund offered or acknowledgement of cock up. also no dip arrived for pizza as it states in pizza menu free dip with pizza. pizza was nice so no complaints there. delivery took over an hour and half

I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal deal with two sides, I got a call from the store ten minutes after I placed my order explaining they no longer did rice as a side which was fine I was happy to substitute with coleslaw, the order arrived within thirty minutes which was great, the chicken was hot but quite dry, the beans and coleslaw were lovely, I think freshly cooked chicken would have received a better reception, but it was palatable none the less, I will probably use this place again and would be happy to recommend it.

Food received was lovely, sent the wrong drink, and the guy was really rude when I called up about it!! Then I got a phone call back THE NEXT DAY?! Offering to replace it.
