I'm afraid that these guys have gone from being my favourite Chinese to not so favourite. The cucumber and spring onion I got with my duck pancakes were so dried up they put me off completely. How difficult is it to use fresh cucumber??? I know it's a tiny little gripe but then makes you think what else isn't fresh??! So that's my point. Ribs were absolutely saturated in sauce but i'm guessing this was to disguise the dry meat. Poor, poor show guys...has Dragon Inn been taken over by new people??
On a plus side my ancient fortune cookie stated 'British Gas have made a mistake on your bill and you will receive a rebate'. So i'm looking forward to that. Sarah, KT12

Twice I have ordered from here and both times they have got the order wrong. The latest order they wouldn't even replace as it was too late and I haven't had a refund of the money, so the meal went in the bin. The order clearly stated NO TOMATO PUREE in capitals as I am allergic to Tomatoes. Luckily I checked it carefully before digging in !!

Enjoyed the food from here although the crispy chilli beef was more like easting crisps but as every restaurant seems to cook it differently what I may nto like others will. Rest of the food was very nice, earried piping hot.

I'm not sure if these guys have been taken over or just made changes as I received fortune cookies for the first time and also sweet chilli sauce with my spring rolls. I always order from here and find they're the best around. However the ribs have changed and they were swamped in sauce, and also the quality of the ribs weren't their usual more meat/less fat standard. The duck was excellent as usual. It does seem to be pot luck on whether you receive fresh cucumber and spring onion or stuff that has been kept in the fridge overnight...I was lucky and got it fresh this time! All in all a happy Easter bunny!

The delivery man forgot our drink, and the hot and sour soup was alright, not the best example i've ever had. The crispy noodles were a bit of a disappointment. It all tasted fine but i've had better Chinese.

Food was very good, but the wait for our delivery was quite long. We did not receive our order until almost a half hour after the latest time advised it would be delivered. We expected it by 19:50, but did not arrive until 20:10. We do enjoy the food quality from Dragon Inn, it is always quite good.

Arrived almost an hour late and was cold. Restaurant repeatedly said that the driver 'was on his way'. Food very poor.
