Delivery was supposed to be between 17:55 and 18:40 and there was an additional GBP 5.00 for delivery. My order was not delivered until 19.29. Over-priced and poor customer service. Will not order from them again.

I just assumed that when I was paying £3.00 for '4 pieces' of fresh lime, that I would get 4 limes (which would still be hefty mark up). I wasn't expecting that '4 pieces' of fresh lime would mean just one lime - at £3.00.
Hopefully Drinks Direct read their reviews and will graciously offer me a partial refund for my extortionate lime. If they don't, I can't say that I would order from them again. Jamie, SE1

Delivery was on time, the driver didn't need to call for directions and was able to work out how to get through the security gate in my building after I unlocked it, which sometimes proves an issue for drivers.
Not much I can say about the food as this place is drinks and pre-prepared snacks only. Two out of three bottles of wine weren't the same label as ordered, but were the same varietal and I considered them to be of equal quality, so this wasn't an issue for me. I did order Japanese rice crackers and received flavourless rice cakes instead - wouldn't have wasted my money on them had I known. Overall, I thought my order was good value for money - the premium compared to supermarket prices wasn't as much as I would have expected. Jamie, SE1
