My order was missing the 2 poppadoms I had paid for. The starter, a mixed Dish was just OK. The Paratha was not fresh and was particularly oily and cold, the chicken dish was likewise oily, I had to ladle half an inch of oil from the top before eating, the Bombay Aloo was OK but bland. I won't be using this restaurant again.

Delivery was 15 minutes later than scheduled though delivery driver was very apologetic. This was the first time I have ever ordered Indian was pleasantly suprised. Food was very nice and good value for money. They should give you some sort of compensation if your order is not delivered in the time stated. I would order from there again - but maybe I'd pick it up for a quicker meal.

2nd time i've ordered - very happy our 1st order wasn't a one -off being so good. Again, the meat dishes were gorgeous, the rice really really nice. Samosa's a tad on the small side as 4 tiny ones for £4.35 is a bit pricey but they taste v good! Only a free pot of mint sauce with this order - but maybe it's because we ordered slightly less? (only 1 dish less). Last time we got mint sauce, salad and poppadums. Definitely recommend.

The food was delivered quickly (even though it was a Saturday night), was hot and delicious. Usual menu and decided the best Indian take away we have had! very impressed.

The INDIAN food was nice, however, my husband wanted fish and chips so ordered that as it was on the menu - BIG mistake!! The fish was a crappy version of some breaded fish you get from Iceland - i.e. it was made in the oven, not in a fryer... We called the restaurant and complained and they sent out a replacement - an indian dish - which was very nice. So our advice is - for indian food - this was very nice. Delivery was prompt. For the "English food" on the menu - stay far away!!

The food were tasty and delicious.
The Plain and Garlic Naan were very soft and I like it so much. All the food I have ordered arrived on time as indicated and hot. Delivery man was very polite and give a warm greeting. Thumb up for his excellent job...Keep it up!!!! I would strongly recommend and I will definitely order again. M, CR0

Prompt delivery. Tandoori chicken mojadar was unusual and very good. Vegetable biryani not available online but shown on paper menu. Will definitely use again.

Really enjoyed the food from here - nice touch of giving a few extras (salad, mint sauce and poppadums) Only downsde was the Naan bread seemed to be a bit stale and undercooked (not sure which) so we didn't really eat it but will definitely order again. If the Naan is the same again - it may stop us ordering again but hopefully a one-off as the rice and meat dishes etc were lovely.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was very friendly. Only minor complaint would be that it took an hour because the driver couldn't find my address, but he was very apologetic & the quality of the food made up for it.

Brilliant stuff. We were starving after a long day moving into a new house, and cooking wasn't looking an attractive option. East India came up with the goods. Fast service, polite delivery guy, tasty food, big portions. Keep up the good work guys!
