A throwback to the delectable offerings one could once procure from the innermost dwellings of Arabia, El Passo grill not only quenched my appetite, they provided me with a feast bursting with flavour and tradition. Characteristic of the resplendent attire the delivery man was proudly dressed in, this subcontinental feast delivered an almighty punch of spice (as requested) before the comforting wave of coolness provided by the famed garlic sauce put my senses at ease. This rather excellent experience almost entirely owes itself to the industrious culinary experts El Passo have recruited from far and wide - one could almost taste their sweat in the samosas. Indeed, a recommended eatery, if not an essential stop on any connoisseur's proverbal 'hit-list'. Forgive me of my crass nature, but this was bloody exquisite. Bravo El Passo, bravo.

Decided to get a takeaway for my birthday and I wasn't disappointed. Delivery was fast (about 30 mins) and the quality of the food was excellent, especially the chips.
It was also cheaper compared to others places I tried with almost the same order. I even got a free dip which I didn't order, it was red and minty, I don't know what it was but it was delicious! Just about to have the rest of the pizza heated up in the microwave. Anyway I would definitely recommend this takeaway and I know next time I order a takeaway it will be El Passo. Mark, NG2

I ordered chicken steak burgers which didn't looked like or tasted like steak at all, it was a normal chicken fillet burger but the donor was good.

Fairly nice food. No problems with service. The one thing I'd say is that there was a bit too much salad in the burger and it all just fell out into the box before I'd even opened it, but other than that it was decent.

lamb curry arrived after 1.5 hours after 3 phone calls to them missing the lamb, really didt enjoy it, when i phoned the first was told it would be min min and was another 30min

Disappointed on delivery again - Received email stating food would arrive no later than 6.00. I called El Passo at 6.05 to be told it would be with me in ten minutes, yet the order did not arrive until 6.39. I received no apology and should I have not paid online, I would have cancelled the order - This has put me off ordering from El Passo again!!

Food was off high quality. Disappointed on time it took to deliver food, order was due between 19:55 and 20:15 but arrived at 20:51!!

ordered food at 6.30 to arrive by 8 but arrived 40 minutes late when i phoned 2 ask where my order was i was given attitude saying that hungryhouse had told them to deliver anytime they wanted after 8 why have a delivery slot time if not going to stick to it food was below average standard not what was required got cans when ordered a bottle chicken pakoras were like homemade scrap chicken nuggets definitely not ordering again wont be recommending to friends

We do always stress the delivery time expected, and confirm that there will be no problems meeting this, before sending your "order accepted" email. It's really disappointing that the buck has been passed here, instead of any apology or resolution being given. Our account management team will get in touch with the manager about this. In the mean time, as an apology I have sent you an email offering some vouchers to use toward a replacement meal on hungryhouse. Hopefully this will make up for unexpected wait.
