Nothing on the website says that the ribs are lamb, same with the meatballs on the pizza, myself and family are unable to eat lamb so a lot went to waste.

Had to be called to confirm my order one hour after it was placed. Then took another 45mins to arrive and they'd forgotten the drink. Strange as last time I ordered from here it was quite good. The quality of food was also really different to last time.

We waited an hour and a half for the food, which was wrong when it arrived, we phoned after an hour were told rudely that it would be 15 -20 minutes. We phoned once it arrived and were told to shut up and then they hung up the phone. Everything about the order was terrible!

Ordered at 7.20pm and didn't recieve food till after 9pm! Driver was on my road, but couldn't find the house for 40 minutes even though there's a huge number on the door! Ended up requesting a refund as the food was ice cold when I recieved it.
