I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese and tomato and when I called them to inform them of the mistake they had no interest to correct there mistake.

I rang when the food hadn't arrived after an hour and like the previous reviewer said-you feel brushed off. He didn't even ask for my address, he just said the driver had left and there was traffic. (on a bank hol monday-hmm).
The meat samosas were really nice. They were minced lamb with potatoes and peas. The chicken wings were ok, quite spicey and good value. The chips (very thin style) were quite greasy, but alot came in the box. The chicken kebab-where do I start? I can honestly say that it was just marinated chunks of chicken, with the most fat I have ever seen/tasted in my entire life. It was cooked with onions and green peppers-so you won't be getting an original style kebab. I couldn't eat it, so I gave it to my cat. Who wouldn't eat it! C, E15

do not order from there they don't know how to use the service - timing is awful and when you call you feel brushed off as if its our fault they accept orders outside their own postcode

i was looking forward to my kebab because the last time i ate from here i fell in love with the chilli sauce however the food came after an hour and they didnt give ma any chilli sauce when i specifically added it as an extra.

Our food arrived 45 minutes later than the maximum duration estimated once the order was accepted and once it arrived, the driver couldn't locate the building so we had to go outside and flag him down. We have ordered here previously with no problem, so we're not quite sure why this was such a difficult experience.
