Placed an order for food, put a special request for the crispy beef to have extra sauce on it.... It arrived bone dry! Ordered 3 cans of cola, they call me and say that they have run out of cans of coke so we have to pay 40p extra and have a bottle or no one at all! Terrible service

Such a shame, I've ordered from Favourite Inn many a time over the years, but recently have noticed a decline in service.
However, today took it to the extreme: an hour late to deliver; driver didn't know his left from right (seriously - I explained repeatedly and clearly that he needed to enter the left door only for him to take the right); I had to chase the restaurant twice to find out what was happening - no one tried to give me advance warning of any delays; unsurprisingly, the food was tepid at best, which ruined the dinner (had 'sweated' in the containers). If the food hadn't arrived at twenty to 11:00, I would have thrown the whole lot out and gone to the shops! Davinia, SE18

ordered prawns in black bean sauce with egg fried rice n chicken rice noodles. instead of rice noodles got egg noodles and the black bean sauce was quite salty. I've ordered from this restaurant before but this time the food just failed to live up to the expectation.

Yet another fantastic take away, this restaurant does not dissapoint, My squid was cooked perfectly, just the right amount of spice, spare ribs with sauce finger licking good. Juicy King prawns in the fried rice yum yum time for another ;)
