The driver called me up and asked me for directions to my house, which took about 25 minutes as I couldn't understand anything he was saying. When the food finally did arrive, it was horrid.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, everytime i have ever ordered form this place the order has been wrong, today the whole pizza was wrong, the 2nd pizza arrived 2 hours later and was wrong again, when i phoned to tell them this they got angry and hung up on me, and threatened not to give me a refund if i wrote a bad review!!... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

The pizza I got was £12 and it had pepperoni, spinach and extra mozzarella. The only nice thing about this pizza was the extra buffalo mozzarella. The spinach was really watery and the pepperoni and extremely chew. The pizza was not very hot on arrival.

I ordered this meal for my Uni based son who had no food in his fridge and was stressed from end of year deadlines..... He said it was great... Arrived hot and on time and was delicious - portion size was more than adequate. A treat but nice to know I can send an occasional nutritional meal easily!

Came 20 mins late even tho i pre ordered. The lasagne was very oily and watery and had no taste. the lamb cutlets were mostly fat and bland. the panna cotta was like a brick.
I will definitely not order or recommend this place to anyone. Amber, N3

We've order for the 3rd time from Fiore d'Olivo...order was submitted at 20.50 and the delivery should have been by 22.00...we called the restaurant at 22.10 and they said the delivery guy should be there in any minute...we saw the guy from the window and went downstair to show him the way. (we live in a Mews...not so easy to find)...let's say the delivery time was 1h.30m almost. we had 2 pizzas, very good tasty and nice....they also gave us a 7up bottle for free (I believe this was because of our previous review)...pizza is good, they should try to speed up the delivery!

The food came fairly quick, and the service was good, but I think I may have ordered the wrong thing, I ordered the Quattro Formaggi, which in my opinion wasn't very good. I'm going to order again tonight, and then I will see if I have a better experience this time.

the Food arrived almost an hour too late. Once it did come it was thankfully still warm and the Lasagne had been ace. The pizza was OK.
