pizza was cold, the so called 'marinated' olives aren't marinated at ALL. i'd ordered in the past from another firenzza branch and it was perfect but now im disapointed

Pizza arrived HOT!! Wings were HOT! Drink was fizzy...... Wonderful meal as always from Firezza. I needn't have turned to oven on to heat the pizza..

This is the closest to a proper Napoli pizza you can get in a home delivery service. The Buffalina DOP is a winner every time, delicious!

The pizza arrived cold and burnt not very impressed for the money we paid - it's a shame because the non burnt bits tasted good. If it had arrived hot they would have got a much better review

The pizza was way below Firezza's usual standard, extremely greasy and oily. Based on that pizza, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The pizza came exactly as we'd ordered and arrived with 5 mins to spare in the allocated 1 hour time from order to delivery. Tasty, but was hard to cut with a pizza cutter, the base seems soggy and took several tries to make a clean cut.

My husband loved his Pizza! Thought it was as good as our favourite pizza place. I thought the ingredients on mine were brilliant too - very fresh and tasty. I just thought the base was a bit soft from being delivered in a box, but I know that can't be helped with home delivery pizza.
