overall it was a good meal but the portion size of one of the kebabs i ordered was quite small!

Where to begin.... From a small age I have considered myself a very fair person, I do not judge others by a first impression and I'm fairly rational with my decisions in life. Until Flame Baked..... I cannot believe this has happened.
It started at 22:44 on a Sunday night.
I created the order of two kebabs, one was a mixed meat kebab without salad, and the other was a plain donner kebab with salad.
Come 23:38 I hear a knock at the door, with a burst of excitement I leapt up to answer the door. I was greeted by what can only be described as your stereotypical night delivery guy. He was very nice, well mannored, and even suggested I wrote a good customer review. Without hesistation I agreed to this, but then it happenned....

Right okay, I opened the first box. Laying there was my first kebab (Normal, with salad). This pleased me.
It was time for the second box to be unveiled, but my eyes were not ready for what awaited me. Yes, a 2nd helping of salad on the non-salad order.
Why, I asked myself? W-Why ? I instantly checked the calendar to see if it was the 1st of april. It was not.
My thoughts then lay with the delivery guy, did he know? Did he care? Was his request for a good review simply a mockery? Well I'm speechless.

I considered contacting a member of the Flame Baked organisation to file a formal complaint, and also to enquire about the delivery guy's motives. After a long conversation with my good friend however, I picked out the salad and began consuming the sustenance.

Overall, 7/10.

Food arrived piping hot within 20 minutes of the order being accepted. Extremely pleased with the food itself, delivery time and the price. Would definitely recommend!

I'll definitelly order from that place again at some point, the wraps were amazing and it was of a very good quality in genelar.. I would order more ofter if they hd lower standard delivery cost though

Food arrived very quickly. First time user so very impressed. Food was hot and well presented. Hugh portions. Great value for money. Will def order again

 

Chips were still hard and the driver had charged up 50p over what hunger house totalled it to be

the food was cold also one item was missing

I love the food was really nice an just Wat I needed I read the other reviews an fort maybe I shouldn't order from here but I fort I will anyway the food was lovely an got to me very quick I didn't even wait a hr within 35mins the food was here that's why I gave it 5starts I'd recommend it to everyone I no
