Nice food friendly staff :-)

Delivery on time, polite delivery man happy with the service and food was nice would use again

The quality of the food was generally good and was all hot on arrival - spring rolls were crisp and tasty, the soft shell crab was very good and the sweet & sour chicken balls were good. The free prawn crackers were also very high quality. I was disappointed with the roast duck and pineapple dish however - although the packet was full to the brim, it didn't have much meat and it was slightly overcooked.

The food also turned up just over 15 minutes after the stated delivery time (the delivery driver said it was very busy as it was Saturday night).

If I wasn't in a hurry I would order from here again as long as I avoided the duck dish.

this was our first order using this site,meal arrived late but the man who delivered the food explained it was very busy and did apologise for this, apart from that the food was very good would order again

Ordered from 'Fortune Inn' 3 times this year, and each time it has been excellent!
Obviously we will continue ordering with this restaurant :o)

Awesome meal. Chow Mein was delicious. Spring Rolls was very crunchy and nice.

Food was disgusting. Sweet and sour chicken balls were completely full of grease, never had so disgusting. "Choi sum" was actually "pak choi" and it was overcooked. Wouldn't eat here again if you paid me. Man who delivered the food was polite. Haven't even finished eating this, felt so strongly about how bad it was that I wanted to review it as soon as possible.

curry was very greasy, chicken wings was so dry! didnt taste fresh at all! very disappointed!

Second time we ordered and food was cold again. Meat tasty soft and squeezy not nice and soft like meat should. Will not order from there again.

The food took about an hour to arrive, the delivery man did apologise but the food was almost cold, which is not what you want from a take away. It was tasty though and will order again and hopefully food will be hot next time.

 

The chicken and mushroom soup seemed to have no soup-like qualities; apart from that everything was fine (and the delivery guy was excellent).

FOOD IS TASTY AND WAS DELIVERD QUICKLY WOULD DEFINATLY USE AGAIN

Ordered a Hot and Sour soup without shrimps which wasn't the case so as you can imagine that was already a disappointment to the meal. Thought the food was a little on the greasy side and did not enjoy the flavours as much as other take aways in the area.
