We ordered from Four Faces after other Thai restaurants in NW10 refused to deliver to Neasden.
Four Faces was the highets priced Thai restaurant on Hungry House ( in the NW10 search) but sadly the food quality was rather poor. Tom Kha soup featured 3 prawns and wasn't hot (spicy) at all. Holy Basil stir fry had one leave of holy basil in it and taste more of soya souse then anything else. Pad Thai was very very bland. Looked bland too, Very disappointing experience. We eat out / order takao a ways at least twice a week and this has been the worst in few good months. Stephen, NW10

had high expectations for meal, as read through previous reviews, however i was bitterly disappointed once the meal arrived. i order the belly pork salad, the pork was dry, their was very little salad and all i could taste was garlic. no impressed with the takeaway and will certainly will not order from there again nor recommend to friends. However, it must be said i enjoyed the hungerhouse ordering system as simple, quick and easy.

We enjoyed this place the last time we ordered, but this time they gave within a minute of the end delivery time. I was of course starving so imagine my disappointment when my chicken pad thai was in fact shrimp pad thai, which I cannot eat. I double checked my order so I know this was not a mistake on my end. Also missing was edamame. To be fair, they called about this and I failed to pick up and they reimbursed me for the cost - but because my main course was inedible, it was doubly disappointing to be without the appetizer too. We will definitely be trying another place next time.

Manna from heaven for three hungry bods after a workout. The food arrived within twenty minutes and was dropped off, piping hot, by a friendly and polite delivery guy.
I had chicken massaman curry which is just a creamy, tender, lightly spiced plateful of heaven. My gym buddies had veggie dishes (weirdos), and were delighted with their choices. This is the best Thai takeaway I've discovered, and being able to order online is a godsend. David, W9

I have never seen such an oily massaman curry in my life. There was a layer 4 mm deep on top of the curry, which I ran off into the sink. Tempura was soggy and bland. Identifying vegetables was very difficult. Will not order from them again.

I usually love my thai from Four faces but this time it was a huge disappointment and I doubt I will order anytime soon. The delivery man said he didnt have change even though I requested change on my order. So I had to pay more. I ordered prawns curry but got chicken curry. After complaining I got my new order but the delivery man still had some issues and was quiet rude. Shame as I really love the food at four faces but they need to work on their delivery guy
