Our pizza, a large margarita with basil, had very little basil on it (not even 3 whole pieces of basil), and it was ice cold when it was delivered. We had to reheat it. We also ordered the Ice Cream for £2.95, only to get it and discover that it's tiny! There has maybe 3 bites in it. We won't be ordering from here again sadly.

Response from restaurant: We are very sorry to hear that our food or our service did not live up to your standards this time. In regards to the amount of basil, we only put few pieces of basil as a lot of basil will make the pizza bitter, the basil is more for the nice smell which it gives to the pizza but if you do need more basil then please mention it in the comments box when ordering and we will be more than happy to put it on your pizza for you. Also in regards to the ice cream when you are placing the order it does say that the ice cream is the 100 Mill Hagen dazz ice cream, as you know the 500Mill cups are 4.95. I would like to apologise again and offer you a £10 credit which you can put towards your next order because I firmly believe that if you give us another chance we will not let you down.

Good choice of different toppings and tasty pizza although one was a little overdone. The food was delivered within the time specified although as we were hungry so would have liked it to come a bit quicker. Really nice restaurant style pizza, a nice change from standard stodgy take away ones. We'll definately order from here again.

It took the restaurant two hours to deliver one (lukewarm) pizza within the same borough, and I did not even get an apology!

The pizza's were stone cold when they arrived! It tasted like it had been sitting on a shelf for a day or two!!! Very stale.

I regularly get delivery from Fresco but tonight's was NOT what I've come to expect. The aubergine was not as good as usual, the gnocchi had NO bolognaise, and hardly any tomato sauce, was very dry. The nutella pizza was burnt - and I'd asked for no cream, and it came with cream. Having waited almost 1.5hours for it, I was very disappointed. Do better next time, only one more chance!

I was expect realy Italian Pizza. Unfortunately ,all ingrediens was from cheapest corner schop not from Italy. cheese was awful.£ 26 for this poor quality eating, awful.

Response from restaurant: I apologise on behalf of our restaurant for not being able to satisfy your expectations. We sent out more than 200 pizzas that day and we did not have any other customers complaining about the quality of our food. I also wanted to assure you that all our ingredients are sourced from the best producers direct from South Italy. We use a very well known company called Carnevale. You can view their website and phone them and double check with them. I apologise again and I offer you a £20 voucher which you can put towards your next order.
