Really yummy all around! Shame the restaurant didn't have any rice left but they called straight away and I had some chips instead (the hardship!!!)! I also got a text from Hungry House telling me the restaurant didn't have everything I wanted - such fantastic customer service! Love the convenience of online ordering and the level of customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to order again!

The delivery person insisted i still had to pay for the order even though i ordered through hungryhouse and the food was awful and no cheese in the cheeseburger even though it was requested and paid for as an optional extra so i had grilled meat in a bun :( which went in the bin.
I had a microwave meal instead. Mahboob, IG1

I understand that this was resolved and you did not ultimately have to pay again, however I do appreciate that this must have been an unnecessarily stressful experience, and I apologise on behalf of Gants Hill Kebeb House for this highly unusual error. We have followed up with the restaurant manager, who has spoken to all his staff and is confident this won't happen again. [customer also emailed]

anyone wanting excellent turkish food LOOK NO FURTHER. This is the place to eat if you love meat. The only downside is that they arn't close enough so chips were a little cold,(but at least they deliver to my area).

These guys really do make the best kebabs in the region - I had the kofte and chicken shish mixed and it was absolutely delicious! They deliver really promptly and offer very good value for money - I can highly recommend to all!
