I was so eager to have a good Thai food meal...waited 45 min and paid 20 GBP...and this was the WORST pad thai I have ever eaten. I took 2 bites and tossed out the entire meal....very disappointing and a waste of money and time.

Food was great and arrived on time - and was hot when it did! We were a bit concerned as we'd paid next to nothing and so weren't sure what to expect but it was great! We've been looking for good Chinese takeout for a while now and this ticks all the boxes - great food at a fantastic price! Highly recommend.

Very Speedy delivery and menu is well priced. I ordered as it had a lot of good reviews.

I ordered Malaysian fried noodles and it really wasn't my cup of tea. It was unlike any previous Malaysian friend noodles, It was an odd orange colour and it did takes like it had just had ketchup mixed through it. The spare ribs were ok and the fried pork was a little dry but edible.

Spring rolls were good though.

I love Golden Bowl. Now that I can order from them online means I love them even more. Thanks Hungry House and thanks Golden Bowl.

Amazing! I love Golden Bowl, the food is by far the best Chinese in the area. My food was delivered promptly by a friendly delivery man! My only reason for rating 'value for money' as "good' is because of the minimum order amount, I was just ordering for myself and had to get £12 worth of food to get a delivery (although it was all delicious so didn't mind that much!) Hungryhouse is a fab concept and worked really well, I have already recommended it to my family!

I had friends visiting and couldn't muster up the energy to cook for 5 people so I returned to Golden Bowl hoping that the food would be back to their previous standard!

Thankfully, it went down rather well.

While friend number 1 decided he'd just have the rice I made having forgot to purchase some, the rest of us dug in.

The mock chicken and mock duck was back to it's previous standard, with friend 3 being flabergasted that it was tofu... I agree.

Dumplings were swallowed down without a second thought, while the curries felt the love there was enough left for a hangover breakfast in the morning. Beef Ho Fun, as usual, had lots left over for the morning too.

Back to standard, thankfully, and a flat full of pleased stomachs!

Best Oriental Delivery service on Hungry House by far!!!

Food was early, which was annoying because my housemate had literally just stepped in the door from work as it arrived so he had no time to relax before dinner. This was actually early, thankfully.

This was my first order from Golden Bowl since they changed the menu to include curries etc.

The red curry was lovely, when it finally arrived; they sent green instead so I had to wait on the red coming, but it did arrive very quickly. Unfortunately the duck was very fatty and both myself and housemate had piles of fat on the site of our plates.

The Mock Chicken was nice, if a little dry, but not shredded as per usual, not as nice as previous portions of this I've had.

The beef in cashew nuts and oyster sauce was nice, although I would have liked a little more of the sauce.

Beef siu mei may up to the usual standard.

Overall, this was a nice enough meal but not the quality I had been used to from Golden Bowl.
