it took 2 hours for them to finally turn up with the food of which one of the meals were cold and the rest barely warm the jacket potato was barely cooked. terrible standard of service even by the cheapest of food take outs. would never eat from here again, i dont usually do reviews but this order and service was terrible.

This order was over 60 minutes late, The purpose of using an online ordering system is to make it simple. having to call to enquire about my order just isnt good enough. The delivery driver was incredibly rude. I called the manager and clearly he had trained his driver as he was equally as rude, stating that they were busy, and offered no valid excuse for the poor service. The food was cold (inevitable after a hour delay) Its fair to say that basic customer service, quality of food and value for money is something that this restaurant dosnt pride its self on. If you are thinking about using this ''takeaway'' please listen to my opinion and DONT.
