They did not bring me the right ice cream flavour, and I discovered it when I opened the bag in my house...if they were sold out I would have at least appreciated that they tell me rather than discovering it myself..that pretty much made me mad and there are so many other pizza places out there that I probably won't bother coming back to this one-even if the pizza was good.

The Food was revolting! So bad we couldn't eat it and they forgot an item we ordered a cheese cake and wrong toppings on pizza the manager was rude and complained that he had just done 14 hour shift! Never again! Stay clear if I were u!

The order arrived much later than specified, when it did arrive only half of what we had ordered was there. There was then another considerable wait before the rest of the order was delivered without apology, offer of discount or complimentary items for the inconvenience of such poor service

Pizzas seemed a little overcooked but were quite tasty. The delivery guy forgot part of our order but were happy to come back. This took a while but he was very apologetic.

Forgot to put the Jalapenos on one of the pizzas as requested (and as shown on the order). Did not honour the price on the website and asked for more money.

Cheap processed rubbish. Everything came cold except for the apple pie which would have been nice cold but it actually came frozen. The fish and chips were inedible as they were tasted foul. And the sauce I requesed never arrived.

The Pizza from Golden Pizza was exceptional - my only problem was ordering too much!
It will be my honour to be dining on this pizza for days, which will be both a pleasure and a delight as it was so very tasty. It was also exceptional value for money - espeicially with their buy one get one free offer, usually I would tend to assume that frugality comes at the expense of quality, but I truely feel that in this case, I have robbed Golden Pizza with their 'Golden' Pizzas, absolutely blind. It was delivered vey promptly, by a terribly polite and courteous young man, who had braved the roads of south west london on the coldest night of the decade (to date), simply to fulfil my whim of pizza for dinner.
