you need to improve a lot in taste.. the lamb curry i ordered was not cooked properly. and the taste was not that good. hope it is better next time if i make an order

Food arrived piping hot with a smile. This is the first time I had used the golden spice and I was not disapionted! Portions of curry were very large and not at all greasy, and the spicing was just perfect. There was also far more meat in the curries than I had come to expect from an indian takeway. Only critizism was that the naan and onion bargys were fractionly small in comparsion to others and that the order was a touch expensive, but as a student Im a little moe sensitive regarding cost and leftover curry for lunch than most people!

The correct food was delivered quickly and was hot enough when it arrived. Since it is the only restaurant on hungryhouse.co.uk that delivers to CB24 8, I would use it again when I am unable to leave the house to collect a meal from local takeaway(s) that don't deliver. The main curry dish was good for the price but not outstanding, everything else popadoms, onion bhaji and rice were excellent value for money.

We were looking forward to a wondeful bonfire night out with friends, just went to check that our two new and very tiny rescue ponies were settled only to find that they were very frightened by the close proximity of some loud fireworks. We had to cancel our plans and stay at home - how miserable! To cheer us up we thought something easy - logged on and found Hungryhouse by chance. Such a simple way to order the fantastic food which was delivered well within time from Golden Spice while we could spend time in the stable keeping the ponies calm. Delicious food dealt with the cold, everything was just perfect for an imperfect evening. Thank you Golden Spice for lighting up our evening and firing up our taste buds!
