Disappointed. I was expecting much better quality for the price. I was clearly right at the end of the delivery man's delivery list, as my food arrived luke warm at best. The food also took a long time to arrive. Not sure how this place managed to get its good reputation, I for one will be ordering elsewhere in future.

I think the food it great for a takeaway, but I think the portions are way to small for the money that we pay for each dish, even compared to servings in quite high end restaurants. This should be improved so value for money improves.

Paid By Credit Card on The Web, however, the delivery man demanded payment on delivery not believing that it had been paid already. After 15 minutes of argument he made a phone call to the head quarters to find out that it had indeed been paid. It seems like that there is comunication between the Website and end point.

Very impressed -- a cut above the normal Chinese delivery standards. Not the biggest portions ever, though.

Not as good as I'm used to. Egg fried rice was virtually indistinguishable from steamed rice with only a flew flecks of egg assuring me that it was the right order. Chicken dish lacked usual punch of flavour. Was disappointed

I ordered £20 worth of food and get a call 40 minutes later from the driver to tell me that he is outside my old flat. I called to complain and the girl didnt understand what I was trying to say. In the end, after struggled communication, she explained that they hadnt updated their database. Basicaly if I was a new customer, it wouold have been fine but because I have been loyal enough to use them before, they screw it up. Food was cold and the shredded beef (which I have had before) didnt taste or look fresh. There were no sliced chillis on it like there usually are and it was more chewy than crispy. Not happy. I will try one of the other chinese takeaways on hungryhouse in future
