Food is always fresh, light and delicious. They never get our order wrong and always deliver within the stated time. It is more expensive than your average Chinese but the food is significantly better so is well worth it.

It took well over the promised hour to reach us. The food was only luke warm. Disappointed.

Excellent food as usual. This really is first class food. My only complaint is that at the cost of the food (we spent £35 on an order for 2), they could have at least thrown in some free prawn crackers.

I have ordered from here before and the food was always decent and value for money. The last order however, the chicken Satay skewers were tough and overcooked. The salted beef ribs were predominantly fat with little meat on the bone. The Chicken Pad Thai wasn't light and fresh, and the chicken itself poor. Very disappointing.

We felt everything was a little bland this time which is quite unusual for the Good Earth

The food tasted delicious but it was late and as a result was not as hot as expected.

I used to really enjoy a take-away from The Good Earth. Although their prices are higher than other places, I never used to mind paying a little extra because the food was so good. Lately though, I have been a bit disappointed. The food is always delivered quickly and piping hot, but the food just doesn't seem to have much flavour. My sweet and sour prawns had very little sauce and the sesame prawn toast that used to be so tasty was disappointingly bland. Maybe I've just been unlucky the last couple of times I've ordered. Or maybe they've changed their chef.

The Good Earth Express has been consistently excellent recently.
It's quiet expensive and the prices have been increased recently ... however you get what you pay for, and the quality and taste has not be comprised Thanks for another excellent, hot and tasty meal. Joel, KT3

Did they put their prices up? Maybe it's just me but it seems a bit more expensive than previously. The rather large minimum free delivery level is also a bit annoying.... having said that... the food is fantastic, always well cooked and not overly oily and isn't that what you want from a good Chinese takeaway.

The food from The Good Earth Express is always well cooked and plentiful if a bit on the expensive side, but be careful if booking ahead for a set delivery time. My last order turned up within half an hour of the order being sent by Hungryhouse not at the time I requested which was about 45 minutes later, but this is a minor point that doesn't detract from their excellent service and quality of food.
