Order was not picked up therefore we had to wait over an hour for the food to be delivered. Will not be purchasing from them again especially as the food is very expensive and was quite bland.

Ordered from here quite a number of times. Food is always very nice. Only ever had one problem with delivery where driver mixed up my order but staff were very quick to sort it out.

I should preface this with the food was good - nice flavours and a much better experience than the usual Chinese takeaway MSG fest. having had a couple of good takeaways, this time was a disappointment - problem was the time taken and customer service. They gave us a range of delivery times from about 45mins to 75mins, after 75mins had gone i called a couple of times, every few minutes, because either the phone was engaged or they simply didn't pick up and it rang through to answerphone. The food eventually arrived after 90 mins, still just about warm but it had definitely been on scooter for quite a while. A bit disappointing because these guys are usually excellent. will defo give them another shot based on previous experiences but repeatedly not answering the phone is pretty terrible, a simple call or even an email to say the kitchen was busy and they would be running late would have been fine and i would have written a great review on their customer service. fingers crossed for next time.

I'm a big fan of Good Earth Express (have been using for about 10 years) but am being slowly turned off by the portion sizes and the price. For example, Cantonese Fillet Steak used to be a whole container, now its about two thirds if that with the rest of the container being filled with shredded carrot and veg.
As I say, food quality is superb but for a decent take away for 2 I'm paying almost restaurant prices... .not good enough! Andy, KT1

Quality is everything with this place. As with previous experience, the food arrived quickly (but not so quickly that it is worrisome) and the meal was thoroughly enjoyable.

Tiny portions, very average taste and quality, higher price than other local take aways - not what we expect from the Good Earth - very, very disappointed - has the ownership changed hands???

A little on the expensive side, but you are paying for quality. The food is noticeably better than cheaper options, and so its worth it. I would be so much more likely to order again if they dropped their free delivery threshold to £20, as the current threshold of £25 means I'd need to order food I don't want to get the free delivery.
