The food is always good but the quality of service is not so good and it is quite highly priced. Quality of service poor because they always deliver about 20 minutes early even though I have complained about this in the past.

Chicken Noodles tasted a little burnt. Probably a one off, but for that kind of money, you expect them to get it right every time. Won't stop me ordering again though.

Great food - (crispy duck, beef with ginger and chicken with cashew) but painfully slow delivery (1 hour and a half after initial order). Staff are always happy to explain why deliveries are late but never seem to apologise. Nonetheless this is the best Chinese takeaway in Richmond by a mile.

Food, as always, was superb and can't be faulted. However the delivery service is incredibly slow. Didn't arrive in the time specified online (within 1 hour 30 mins!) and receievd no phone call or email to say there was a delay. Poor customer service.
Difficult to judge whether it's good value when you have such a contrast between food and service. No doubt it is expensive compared to other takeaways but the food is delicious and better than most other takeaways. For me though, I regard good customer service as highly as the food that's served, so it might be a while before I spend my money there again. G, SW13

The food from the Good Earth is consistently good and well presented. The Smoked Shredded Chicken is particular favorite and can be served as a starter or a main course. The Dragon Whiskers Prawns are a real treat and delicious - light, crisp and the prawns a good size. I ordered the Crispy Won Tons for the first time and these too were very good. The Lemon Chicken is my particular favourite as the sauce is wonderfully tangy and the chicken always crisp in the light batter. the Cantonese Fillet steak was a first this time too and beautifully tender. All in all very good. Only, and small, downside is that food a little cool on delivery and microwave warming takes some of the edge off the battered dishes. Will certainly order again!

The food was hot and delivered within the estimated time window. We went for mainly Thai options and the green curry was great. Looking forward to trying other dishes next time.

Ordered the food at 6.30pm. Notified that delivery would be between 7.05pm and 8.00pm. It eventually turned up at 8.25pm. Seems as though I'm not the only one to experience such a poor service level. The food is very good, but the cost of it against the level of service is not worth it.
