The food arrived 15 minutes after the 'latest delivery time' and was stone cold.
I called up, but they didn't care and told me it had gone out 20 minutes before the driver arrived. Since i have no microwave at the moment, this was not ideal. Also, £30 bought me 2 appetisers and some buns, and a bag of crackers (most places are free). Be warned, they charge £3 regardless of your order for this utterly contemptible service. Aaron, SW8

Delivery arrived 1.5 hour later, therefore it was all cold and I couldn't really enjoy it. I also requested no coriander in the vegetables but it was included anyways. Although there may be special request and delivery problems sometimes, this is overall a nice restaurant to find good food.

A little on the expensive side but worth every penny. The tastiest Chinese take out in London!

The beef used in the stir fry was extremely poor quality - chewy and pretty flavorless. The kung pao chicken had a ton of waterchestnuts - just way too many - and the chicken, itself, was bland. Try marinating the meats and improving the quality. The crispy duck - tough. The delivery was reasonably fast.

Very extensive menu with lots to chose from! Chose adequately and you will find some really good dishes. Go for the popular ones. The crispy duck is great and the starters are really good and come in large portions. Some dishes are a bit greasy but, hey, thats to be expected from fried food. Service is prompt. Value for money is good.

Food was ok, but for the price I have to say it was poor, will use a different Chinese/Thai take away in future

Dim sum was tasty, as always. The place remains a bit expensive. I was not impressed with the Tom Yam main course but perhaps that is because I am used to it as a soup.

Overpriced, especially when you get such poor quality. There are plenty of Asian takeouts in London that will give you better value-for-money: this is surely the worst experience I've had so far - and I'm a forgiving Asian person!

It's the first time that I have ordered via Hungry House. The food was luke warm when it arrived, and the quality was poor. It was VERY expensive for what it was. I will not use the same restaurant again.

Rice was not delivered with the food. Would chose a cheaper option next time.

On the whole the food was good though some dishes were a bit hit and miss.
