I've ordered from here in the past and it's been OK - but yesterday it was really bad and I will not order from here again. Food arrived cold, and was stodgy. Edamames were overcooked with the container full of water. Some of the dumplings had a strange taste, like the ingredients had gone off. Chicken and sweetcorn soup tasted way too sweet. Not good.

I usually order from here viz phone and usually good. although when i ordered yesterday online, food was cold by the time i got it. Sweetcorn and chicken soup was watery and cold. never to order from here again!!!

Best Chinese delivery I've had, will def use again

This place is always late (and once - or maybe twice? - they totally lost our order), but the food is really quality. Rather expensive and not huge portions, but sometimes enforced portion control is good when you're eating takeaway. :)

This is the second time I've ordered from here. The first time was excellent, fast delivery and the packaging with extras was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the second time was the complete opposite. Delivery took almost two hours, the food was really cold so had to heat it all up and the sweet and sour chicken didn't look cooked properly. For the price of the food I found this service awful and won't be returning.

Food's been delivered quickly. Spring rolls were delicious but the King Prawns fried rice (which costs about 9 £) was poor (few prawns and peas) and without taste. So I call them to complaint and lady told me that 'the chef was sure he put 12 prawns in the rice....' Not worth it considering the delivery charge of 3 £...

My delivery was over an hour late, (from "delivered at the latest" time)
I ordered a green thai chicken, the meat was dry and the vegetables wrinkly and horrible.

The rice was watery and sloshy.

Overall it was a disappointment and put me off eating for a long time.

If I came to a restaurant to eat a 3 course meal I would at least expect to be on dessert after an hour
And a half. Having paid for my take away, having rang twice and being told the first time it was 5 minutes away only to ring back the second time 25 minutes later and be told it was on it'd way after it still hasn't arrived and receiving no help or offer of refund from the company themselves. I was not impressed and shall NEVER use them again in the future.

First time ordering from here, it seemed to take a long time and the food was lukewarm when it arrived but tasted good although I thought the pork buns were a bit too stodgy.

Took over 2 hours to come, and some of the dim sum was uncooked. Over priced too, and completely unapologetic when I callled up to find out where my food was.

Amazing!! One of the best I've tried and will certainly order again. A bit pricey but the quality of food is of high standard.
