This was not as bad as some of the reviews. It's a bit pricey but not bad quality and nice presentation. Delivered within the time slot. Was not piping hot but was not cold.

took almost 2 hours to arrive.
was cold I had to re heat it all gourmet hot hors doeuvres box can not have cost more than 1 pound, it was frankly rubbish. this is the most I have spent on what I thought was a simple order and expected something better then the usual take away what I got was rubbish, I even had to pay 2.50 for delivery the driver couldn't even work the intercom on a plus side the box the delivered the food in was nice Neil, NW1

Awful performance from a usually relatively reliable restaurant. 2 hours 40 to deliver cold food, half of which had been spilled inside the box. Called twice to be told the food was on its way and delay was due to poor weather - as I look out of my window the night is clear! Terrible delivery and unfortunately terrible food this time.

The Food was like some processed food that has been left days in a container and heated up in the microwave !
It took ages to arrive, over an hour late, and i was so shocked at how the people on the phones gave me attitude when i asked where it was ! The only decent guy was the driver who apologized, even though it wasn't his fault. At the end of the day i can get over over worked staff, late times, but to have the end result of mush in a plastic box....no way ! Will certainly never be ordering from Gourmet Oriental again ! Shocked, and disgusted, i had to throw away my meal after one bite. It taested old, process, and soggy ! Disgusting ! K, W8

Hi,
This is a really bad takeaway establishment. It took an hour 45 mins to get here. The tempura was soggy, the soup arrived in a microwave meal wrapper and the spring rolls were horrible. We couldn't eat any of it and it all went straight in the bin. Truly awful. Belinda, NW3

the food took a very long time to arrive and the quality was just horrible. It tasted like it was cooked days before and they kept it on the fridge and then just microwaved it.

Food is good. Delivery time is acceptable too. But I just want to say two things:
1, I especially mentioned to bring a fork and spoon, but I did not see any. 2, I ordered and paid a haagen dazs ice cream, but it is missing! Overall from its price, I probably thought it would be more professional than it actually is. Disappointed. Bo, W1T

Food took 2 hours to arrive, bearing in mind it was only a bottle of wine and stir fried vegetables. Food was cold and totally not worth the expense or ridiculous amount of time it took. Never again!!
