We've got the Food 45' minuts late and the driver did not even apologize,. Before that, we have called to the restaurant to know why there were so late. and even the lady said the driver was arriving in 5 ', what was also false.

Got email 1min after ordering pushing forward delivery time further to above an hour.
Then driver was 15min late after the already long waiting time.
Some sushi pieces/parts where shuffled pretty badly in containers leaving it looking a bit messy.
Sushi tasted good though.

Ordered grilled salmon teriyaki on rice. The food was great! However, delivery was rather late.
My advice is plan your meal at least 1 hour ahead if you want to order from Hana. Otherwise you'll end up starving.

They complained to me by phone that we are too far away and this will be the last time they deliver! Hey I was not to know they advertise in my area! They deliberately poked holes in the soup container and wrapped it in glad wrap!! The food was all spilled out and cold!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THAT IS THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE IN MY LIFE EVER

I have ordered from Hana several times and always been very pleased with the food service (and given them high ratings here). I was disappointed with this meal however. The food took an unusually long amount to arrive (more than 1 hour). When it arrived, it came with only one tiny bottle of soya sauce for a a lot of sushi. The sushi, while tasty, seemed hastily prepared and fell apart as we were all eating it - something that I've never experienced with Hana before. I hope that this was just an off-night, and perhaps the restaurants was unusually busy. Given my previous good experiences, I will give them another chance, but I will be watching carefully for further deterioration in the service & food standards.

We had a long delay before we got our food but it was tasty when it came. We got some money back so fair service instead of awful.

I don't usually complain but this was not great from Hana. I ordered at 7.25. I received an e-mail saying delivery between 7.50 and 8.30. Then an e-mail saying it would be late but with me by 8.35. At 8.45 I phoned the restaurant and was told it was still with them as they were waiting for the driver. They said the driver was 5 mins away from them. At 9 I phoned again and they said he was "just arriving". I received the food after 9.15 nearly 2 hours after placing my order and the poor handling of my enquiry only made that worse. The food was ok, but I awoke feeling sick with a taste of an off prawn in my mouth. I usually always know what it is that has upset my stomach and in this case it was definitely the meal from Hana. I wont be ordering from Hana again. I hope that hungry house manages to act on the delivery issue with other Sushi suppliers as I have been a loyal customer until now but will stop buying if this continues to happen. If a restaurant cant deliver an order within an hour and 15 mins they should send an e-mail stating that they need to reject the order unless the customer is prepared to wait. Its called customer service!

The duck teriyaki was very good, but it could have had a bit more sauce. The asparagus maki were delicious, but the rolls were a bit bland. It's the second time ordered from them and they again delivered in time, so no problems there. All in all very good value for money

Our food was 30 minutes late. It was cold and it tasted revolting. There was nothing redeeming about the whole experience.

Was concerned by reviews about delivery delays so I phoned them to confirm it would arrive at the time stated in the confirmation email. Arrived 15 mins early, food was well presented & delivered and delicious too!
