Sushi was amazing, but crispy squid was undercooked & anything but crispy. Delivery was on the long side but as I said before sushi was amazing

Some dishes are good like the Katsu & Sushi rolls but some miss the mark like the miso soup and the mixed vegetables. Also some dishes are overpriced.

While I would have preferred more pieces of vegetable in the vegetable tempura rice main dish, the food was tasty and overall quality great, as well as the price.

I have used Hana since it opened a few years ago and I do enjoy their offering as there is a limited choice of Japanese near me. However a constant issue is always their delivery time. It's appallingly slow. I always give myself an hour's notice but last night I waited an hour and a half. I was not impressed and told the restaurant but feel it's fair to warn you. If you're hungry 'now' don't expect to get fed for at least an hour. Please Hana - sort this out!!

I ordered a noodle soup because I felt like eating something relatively healthy, but it was SO salty I couldn't have more than a few spoonfuls. The salmon nigiri I ordered was nice, but all in all I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering food from here.

Food was only lukewarm and portions surprisingly small, teriyaki beef was fair but expensive considering there is not any salad garnish included, miso soup very watery, would not order again as value quite poor.

Always takes longer they first quote. Rude on the phone when I called to check where they were. The tempura was soggy as well.

Delicious salmon teriyaki, but the chicken teriyaki roll was a little dissapointing. Really impressed with the speed and good value too

The chicken udon was generous and the inari lovely and fresh. For my taste there was too much cooked salmon still on the crispy skins but for many, this will be a bonus.

The salad we received was frozen! The rest of the sushi was fair but the standard has gone down hill. It took about an hour and a half for the sushi to arrive.

Please DO NOT order from Hana
Order delivered after 1 hour and 30 min. They forgot one order so one of us had to eat a sandwich. The portion of rice and beef were miniscule and for £ 11.30 I could have gone to a restaurant to eat!! Those people should not be trading at all. Disgusting!!

I was really impressed with the quality of Hana's food.
We love Japanese food!! The udon noodles were great and the sushi very good value for money. They also delivered half an hour earlier than advised. Honestly, I was impressed and cannot wait to order again.
