Sushi was fresh delicious as ever. Only let down by an inability to pass on delivery instructions to the driver who was wandering about for ages trying to find me. So in the meantime the miso went cold. Fortunately this was remedied by a microwave. Just glad I didn't order any tempura.

we order from here regularly. The food is excellent but the waiting time always exceeds an hour and last night almost exceeded two hours. No apology, no explanation. Quite a shame.

The food I ordered was freezing cold even though when I spoke to a staff member to ask where my food was, she said the driver had just left and he arrived only 10 minutes after this. In addition to this, the food was very late arriving 20 minutes after the last time Hana said it would arrive - this was already a long time after I ordered. I ordered around 8 and the food arrive and ten to 10. I was very disappointed and will not order from Hana again.

The food is good but delivery times are poor. 80 minutes again to wait for a delivery is disappointing, especially since the original quoted time on the website was shorter.

5 minute after delivery slot given. But they were polite when we call and accurate with the estimated time. Food was good, especially katsu curry.
