The best Sushi in London, the Sushi is always top draw, service is always prompt, we have tried quite a few sushi restaurants around london and you know you have found a good delivery company when their sushi is leaps and bounds better than any you get from a sit down sushi restaurant

I waited for over an hour and a half for my food and when it turned up the hot food was cold and the sushi wasn't great either. Very disappointing.

I was quite impressed with the freshness of my salmon sashimi and my boyfriend seemed to enjoy his chicken teriyaki. I will definitely order from Hana in the future, though I'd probably build in some extra time since the delivery was 10 mins past the end of the delivery window.

A real good value Japanese. Sushi was very fresh, large pieces of sashimi and came with plenty of soy sauce, wasabi and ginger. Chicken wings in miso sauce were delicious.

Once again Hana has let us down on the timing front - it took a full 1.5 hours from order to delivery and once again I had to call them to be told in a surly voice that the driver had already left.
When calling back to query about why our beef teriyaki didn't come with rice as it used it, we were told that the menu had changed months ago, but we were not told this apologetically, rather in quite an abrupt and surly fashion. While the chicken katsu curry dish is still OK, the beef teriyaki was dry, the tofu dish we ordered was nearly inedible and the edamame beans were nearly flavourless. I don't know if this place has changed management but it's gone downhill and won't be getting any more business with us, especially with such rubbish - and rude- service. Luke, NW6

All fine, sadly a favourite item was out of stock and replaced with something inferior (in terms of cost and quality). Was called to inform me of this (good) but once the delivery had already been sent, so pretty pointless. Rest of food good as usual and prompt delivery.
