No wasabi! How do you not include wasabi when delivering sushi. Included a small bit of ginger and soy but the lack of wasabi make it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. Delivery was prompt and sushi itself was pretty fresh. Too bad, I could have really enjoyed if the experience was complete. Katsu was good.

Food turned up after 2 hours and 3 phone calls. Wasn't great. Spoke to guy on phone who was really unhelpful and uninterested. Will NOT be ordering from there again!

Food was good, although it took along time for the order to arrive. Just in the EDT dead line. When I received the food it had to be heated in the Microwave as it was cold, not to impressed.

Delivery came late.
The driver refused to give me change at first but after persuading him, he actually did have change in his bag. And I was given 3 cans of Coke when I ordered 3 cans of Diet Coke. S, W2

Ordered at 8oclock and after many phone calls and many excuses it turned up at 10oclock. The food was close to being cold and dry. When i phoned back to ask for some kind of compensation i was told the some customers are happy and some are not, this is no way to run a business. ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD FEEL HAPPY. i would not recommend this anyone eat here

Hana is usually not too bad but the last few orders have taken the max time for delivery and the food hasn't been great. The salmon sashimi I had recently was tough and stringy. They forgot something in the order before that. Come on Hana - get back on track!

I had Sushi for the first time yesturday. I love tuna and prawns and it was absolutley gorgeous, quality and good value for money. Can't wait for my next meal.

The chicken teriyaki was very tasty as usual, plenty of chicken and just enough rice, though it could have done with a little more sauce. Gyoza was delicious.

The food from Hana is always absolutely excellent. However the last couple of times we've ordered it's taken well over an hour before delivery. We shall attempt to order very well in advance next time.

I love freshly made sushi; it is just so different from the supermarket shelf pre-packaged stuff. Ours from Hana came with a goodly helping of ginger and wasabi, lovely fresh fish and an interesting selection that both I and my grandson enjoyed. We followed with 2 hot dishes; a salmon teriyaki on excellent rice and a chicken and vegetable udon. Unfortunately a friend dropped in just as our food arrived, so we had to share! Luckily the portions were big enough to manage this! A good restaurant and definitely one I will use again.

My only criticism is that it takes a while for the food to arrive but I know the food is freshly made so it's a small price to pay. Other than that, I absolutely love it!
