I placed the order at 2051hrs and was told it would arrive between 21:15 and 2200 at the latest. It did not arrive and at 2205 i called Hana. The lady i spoke with was quite rude and never even apologised that it wasnt with us yet. She said that the order had just left them. It didnt arrive until 2225, not good!

I have been a regular customer, but last night, it took nearly two hours to deliver, and their excuse was that it was just busy. they said normal delivery time is an hour and a half. horrible experience, will never order again!

I've ordered from Hana many times and enjoyed it, the food last night was terrible. None of the sushi tasted very fresh at all.

Hana always deliver fresh and thick sashimi which i really love. Although i have tried many other restaurants, i always ended up ordering from Hana. however the udon soup noodle was a disappointment because of the lack of taste in the broth and the messy chunks of veggies in it. Other than that, everything is okay.
