This was the first time I'd ordered a takeaway over the internet, so I didn't quite know what to expect. I was very impressed with the process, which was simple and flexible. The order-following was a bit basic, but delivery was well within the stated times.
The meal was delicious, we both enjoyed it very much indeed. We liked the little extras - the poppadoms, the raita, the small salad - and the starters were very tasty. The mains were excellent, and the rices were just right. I'd definitely go back to the Hanifah! Peter, S2

What can i say it was New years eve and in feared the worst. Expected bad service, late delivery and rushed food.
How wrong was I, service was first class, delivered on the dot and very hot fresh tasting food. Will use again Andrew, S8

The food was very disappointing. I was so looking forward to having a lovely meal and it was bland. I love Indian food and this was the treat that wasn't. The majorityt of it went in the bin. On the positive side compared to some reviewers I found there was a generous helping of chicken.

great food but always takes ages to get here, not outside the 90 mins from the web site but I consider 90 mins a long time for takeaway food.

Sauces tasted terrible. There were six very tiny pieces of meat in my lamb dish that had to be searched for in a sea of sauce. One of the chicken dishes was inedible. Best thing that could be said about the food is that it arrived warm.

Decent enough. Reasonable portion sizes (apart from the very measly helping of lime pickle). But far too much oil - main dish and the sag dish were swimming in it. Bit pricey.
