Chicken and sweetcorn soup can really be recommended. Salt and pepper squid was nice.

I absolutely love the dim sum from Happy House which is why we chose to order from them again. The service was really quick and all of the dishes we ordered were great.
If I wanted anything to improve it would be that the food could be hotter but I will definitely be using them again.

Mongolian Lamb and Dim Sum were great. Good Red Thai curry and really nice soups.

Returning back from a foreign trip I fancied some good old fashioned err Chinese takeout. Anyway, had never tried Happy House before but time was running out before they closed so I ordered the set meal d and sat back.
Now, here's the thing, delivery. One word, quick. They picked up the order 9 minutes after I placed it - 15 minutes after that I heard a car outside but automatically assumed it couldn't be my food. Oh how wrong I was! From hitting enter on the laptop to confirm the order, to it arriving was under 25 minutes. Oh and I'm glad to inform that Happy House has happy delivery guys too - well he seemed that way anyhow, as much as someone can be in a howling gale.

The food.
As mentioned, I had the set meal D for 2 people. The prawn toast, seaweed and spare ribs (which I guess would be the starters) were absolutely fine and the sauce with the ribs was lovely.
The mains (which come in the smaller foil containers in the D menu) were sweet and sour pork - smaller bits of pork than I'm used to but plenty of them, could have had a bit more pineapple and pepper maybe.
Chicken and black bean sauce - nice flavour and nice selection of veg in the dish but the amount of chicken was a bit on the skimpy side. I did order very late I know but felt there should have been more. That said it wouldn't have stopped me ordering it again.
Singapore vermicelli - again, very good and tasty. Bit of heat too.
And a large serving of special fried rice - nice bits of meat in it. Again, could have been more but perhaps I'm asking too much.

Overall, very satisfied. Delivery and taste were great. Slight issue about the amount of meat in a couple of dishes but that's only a very small criticism.
Would definitely order from these Happy House guys again.
