One of the best meals I have had in a very long time.

Last night I was home alone and the other half is dieting so I decided on a Friday night takeaway treat from my favourite Indian restaurant, well it's actually my overall favourite restaurant. Usually I order all manner of items but last night I decided to try their set menu and ordered a meal for one. The chicken tikka starter was extremely delicious and the chicken practically melted on my tongue. The chicken korai was equally good. Serve with rice, naan bread and a side dish it was indeed plentiful and I suspect I will be having the leftovers for lunch today and probably dinner tonight. Thank you Haweli!

Quite simply the worst indian food we have ever tasted. The medium curry sauce is more like bisto gravy and everything was stone cold. The raita looked more like cottage cheese because they'd used tomatoes instead of cucumber and the acid had curdled the yoghurt.

Service was as always excellent, food was hot, delicious and filling. Highly recommend this take-away. I have placed several orders with Hawelli and the service is consistently excellent.

I cannot fault this restaraunt, ordered food for 9:40 - 22:10, arrived at 9:41. Piping hot food, and lots of it. Starter was excellent, Curry was hot, absolutely delicious and the Keema Naan was perfect. Thanks Hungryhouse, you have revealed a Gem to me!

Have ordered and collected from them before and always been happy, the Korma is our favourite and it was perfectly cooked!
